Those of us who madly love tea don’t just drink it, we celebrate it. Evening tea in our house is a very special and peaceful occasion. Not only does it mark the close of another wonderful day – I think of it as our way of raising a toast to the day!
Sometimes I choose what my evening tea will be early in the day, but most of the time, I choose it as the water heats up.
