One of my favorite websites – and one of a handful that I literally visit daily – is Real Age.com. It’s outstanding. I clicked on an article titled, “4 Foods for Better Immunity” and was delighted to see that tea made the list.

Something else caught my eye as well, oranges are also on the list! Ironically, we just had a post here on the tea blog about floating refreshing, beautiful oranges in tea (Boston Iced Tea, Green Tea, Black tea – oranges go beautifully with all of them). When we enjoy our tea and oranges together, we’re kind of getting a 2 for 1 immunity booster. Sweet!
