Green tea is something that is not only healthy for your body, it looks like it could benefit your teeth. A new study has just been published by Preventive Medicine saying that having a cup of green tea daily means that it might keep the dentist away.
Antimicrobial Molecules that is called catechins is in the Green tea and that is what might help to promote the health of your teeth. The effects of bacteriocidal in the green tea only come if you avoid putting sugar in the tea. If you put sugar in the tea then it will not help but could still cause problems in your tea. Avoid the sugar, and your teeth will greatly benefit from it.
They feel that drinking sweet coffee was really deleterious. Having sweet coffee might make your teeth lose, but just drinking regular coffee with nothing it will not cause any problems. Over 25,000 Japanese men and women took part of the study and they found that the men who would drink at least a cup of tea each day had less chance of going to the dentist, but only those that did not put anything sweet in their tea.
