I’m spending this cold Thursday night indoors…watching tv, drinking two different kinds of Tazo tea, and researching places to travel this summer. The Tazo Thrive, which made its first appearance in my cup tonight, is very flavorful – the ingredients include spearmint leaves, rooibos, rose hips, black pepper, chicory and licorice root…and, somehow, it all works. Even better, though, is Tazo’s China Green Tips tea, which lists its ingredients simply as “spring-harvested green teas”. It reminds me overwhelmingly of matcha, the eighth wonder of the world (look it up). I’m in love.
So here I sit, cyber-discussing with my dad the Amtrak train routes to New Orleans (Nawl’ins!). And texting my betrothed to remind him (for the zillionth time – overkill, I know) that he agreed to go to Myrtle Beach on spring break. And ooooh, look at Tybee Island (slurp)…and Orlando, hmmm (slurrrppp)….
